Here is the rough idea how our customers work on our yarn to produce the final end garment and apparel. Most of Kongkiat’s customers knitted yarn into fabric which many kind of effect shows on the garment (shown in the pictures) . Space dyed yarn is the product that present the color effect vividly. If your market is trend to like vivid and soft color , space dyed yarn is recommended for you.

For weaving manufacturers , our product can used in weaving process also. Nep yarn is  at the top of the list for our current customers to use and create the new kind of effect on weaving fabric such as suits, shirts, blouses etc. Some customers are in the textile garment fields and use our Nep yarn to show to Neps on curtain and sofa. As you might known , Kongkiat can spin the yarn with very low yarn count.

Sweater can also be created by Kongkiat’s product. The blending effect that create from different kind of material such as Bamboo (blend with cotton) or Linen (blend with cotton). Our customers can gain the benefits from those materials.  For example, customers that use bamboo blended yarn can get the benefits like :

- Sweater feel warm in winter and 2 -3 degrees cooler in summer.
- Durable and breathable
- Soft like fine cashmere
- Protects from ultra-violet radiation (pregnant ladies and children clothing, wallpaper and curtains are suitable final product using Bamboo blended yarn)

- absorbs water 3- 4 times better than cotton
- bamboo can be washed , tumble dried (Zero shrinkage and pilling) and ironed just like cotton

Socks are highly recommended to use bamboo yarn to produce.
