Kongkiat Textile Co.,Ltd is one the best and well-known yarn spinner manufacturers in Thailand. Since Kongkiat also has the dyeing house that can dye fiber,yarn package or even dye slivers within our factory area. Kongkiat is the brand of ‘Melange yarn’ and change the product not just ‘Melange yarn’ and expand the market to ‘Fancy yarn’ ,since the ‘Melange yarn’ is not a special yarn anymore.Moreover, the customers in the fashion industry are now rise up there expectation from the plain old-styled melange effect and explore the new kind of the ‘effect’ yarn just like Kongkiat has developed many kinds of products that suit the need the end users and designers.

RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT

To research the new products, Kongkiat has the dedicated teams of R&D with combine the know-how of spinning factory and dyeing factory together to create the new kind of yarn that can fulfill the needs of our customers. The objectives of ‘R&D’ at Kongkiat are to better serve the customers with even higher quality and wider range of the new products that can keep up with fashion trend. Most of the time, our customers have the product sample that he/she may found interesting or may have some requested from the end user or designer. Customers can send us the sample even the smallest one so that Kongkiat can examine the ratio of the blending behind the scene using the technician that Kongkiat have develop so far. Moreover, if you have the effect yarn that you would like to let us try to produce, Kongkiat also has the devoted teams to research and develop that unique product from you. Yarn counts   :

- NE20/1,30/1,40/1 (these yarn counts are for our main items list above)
- Any yarn counts NE5/1 to 40/1 : the yarn counts range that can be produced directly from our yarn spinning machine.
- NE 20/2 , 30/2 , 32/2 , 40/2 (made to order ) : we also have high-class twisting machine in our plant, therefore, you can order us with the yarn count xx/2.
- 100% spun silk with NE60/2,72/2,80/2

For the yarn counts , if you request us to do the blending and spinning the yarn our from our machines, normally, you can expect us the produce the yarn that has the count from 5/1 to 40/1. However, many products that Kongkiat does not require the spinning process such as Zebra yarn,Space Dyed yarn or Prepare-for-dyed effect yarn (or fabric) like Zero yarn. You can get the final yarn packages even faster than the products that require blending and spinning process.
